Before we started visiting Dr. Barnes, our 3 year-old daughter was incredibly moody, easily excitable, and had ferocious tantrums. Dr. Barnes took 2 x-rays of her just to "rule out anything mechanical". What he found was that our daughter's topmost vertebrae, her C1, was flipped up and pressed against the back of her skull. You can just imagine what this did to her spinal cord and all the spinal nerves that exit up there! Through very careful manipulation of her C1, Dr. Barnes has effected dramatic changes in her behavior. She is now much more predictable, she has virtually stopped having tantrums and she's not always the "girl-on-the-go". After taking another x-ray, we have found that her C1 has dramatically improved in position. In fact, it is almost to a normal placement. All without surgery or drugs! To put it simply, Dr. Barnes has changed our family's life.
